**Position Overview**:
The Logistics & Inventory Support role plays a vital part in the daily operations of the Distribution Warehouses within ANZ. This role supports the movement, tracking, and management of inventory, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and materials. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and works closely with the Inventory Supervisor to ensure smooth coordination between logistics and inventory management. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and third-party carriers to facilitate efficient logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure product availability and resolve logístical issues.
- Respond to inquiries regarding shipment statuses and inventory levels.
- Track shipments, address delays, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor and audit inventory levels regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
- Help organize and manage warehouse stock, ensuring proper labelling and storage.
- Support stock rotation based on order demand.
- Assist with processing orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents (e.g., Dangerous Goods Declarations, shipping labels).
- Support logistics team in resolving issues with shipments, returns, or damaged goods.
- Provide administrative support for distribution and operations teams.
- Assist with maintaining and updating logistics schedules and calendars.
- Work with teams to ensure smooth implementation and setup, deliver training and support, and monitor progress to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contract requirements for ResMed value-added services, tenders, and contracts.
- Assist with ad-hoc distribution, logistics, and supply chain projects.

- Assist the Warehouse and Inventory Supervisors in training both new and existing staff on logistics procedures, systems, and best practices to ensure efficient operations.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to streamline logistics operations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with various departments (warehouse, procurement, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related support role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with logistics software, inventory management systems, or ERP systems is a plus.
