Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to oversee logistics planning and formulation at our Sydney office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory levels and excess stock quantities
  • Reconciling variance analysis and consolidating supporting documentation for process improvement
  • Coordinating warehouse data, including cycle counts, stock takes, and non-conforming items management
  • Performing regular inventory audits and analyses, daily spot checks, and stock inventories
  • Providing administrative support to the management team and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Assisting with store operations and addressing ad-hoc issues

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Responding to stakeholder inquiries regarding arrivals, stock, and general logistics

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in overall inventory movement and stock control
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, such as MS Office, SAP, ERP systems, and logistics software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proven commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security best practices
