Job Title: Inventory Logistics Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage inventory levels across the distribution network, ensuring accurate replenishment plans and meeting delivery targets. As an Inventory Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory management strategies that drive supply chain efficiency and minimize stockouts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will collaborate closely with factories, S&OP Managers, and Demand Planners to evaluate and update parameters for re-order points and order quantities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management plans to ensure accurate replenishment and delivery targets
  • Evaluate and update parameters for re-order points and order quantities
  • Collaborate with factories, S&OP Managers, and Demand Planners to ensure supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze supply plans to ensure accuracy and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage overstock and obsolete articles in cooperation with S&OP Managers and Demand Planners
  • Provide forecast and net demand to factories and suppliers
  • Cascade KPIs and collaborate with upstream stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products
