Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the residential experience of our students, driving their welfare, safety, and development.

This role demands a proactive, hands-on leader who fosters a supportive environment and embodies the values and principles that underpin our institution.

About the Role:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the overall management and leadership of residence staff, including rostering, induction, professional development, and performance management.
  • Student Care and Development: Promote and maintain a child-safe environment, ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting policies and national standards.
  • Residence Operations: Coordinate residence procedures, including routines, study programs, leave requests, co-curricular participation, and special events.
  • Administration: Manage residence administration, including budgets, student transportation, catering, maintenance, and communication with parents and stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Australian Standards for Boarding and maintain connections with relevant state and national boarding networks.
  • Representation: Represent our institution in marketing, recruitment, tours, and interviews for prospective boarders and families.
