This nation-building project will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
We're looking for a Manager Safety Systems to join our dynamic Health and Safety team. Leading a small but dedicated team, you will work with key stakeholders across the organisation to maintain and improve Snowy Hydro's Health and Safety Management System.

**Your key responsibilities in this role will include**:
Managing the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders.

Providing H&S coaching and training to internal stakeholders.

Providing reporting to the Executive team and Board on the performance of the H&S Management System.

Develop and manage the H&S internal assurance framework and ensure continuous improvement of the process.

Manage the external certification process for the H&S Management System.

**We're looking for someone with**:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or substantial systems experience.

Minimum 5 - 6 years experience in health and safety in an industrial setting.

Extensive experience in developing and reviewing Health & Safety Management Systems.

A Lead Auditor qualification and systems auditing experience.

Strong stakeholder management and engagement with highly developed influencing and negotiation skills.

Strong reporting skills.

In-depth knowledge of Commonwealth WHS legislation and SRC Act.
