Job Description:

The Office of the Deputy Chief Executive at SA Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join their team as a Strategic Change Leader for Clinical System Support and Improvement.

Overview

Suitable candidates will possess exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across government and within SA Health. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of timely, high-level strategic advice to the Deputy Chief Executive of Clinical System Support and Improvement, while coordinating and executing complex policy work that impacts strategic, political, and operational outcomes for the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive impactful change and improve organisational outcomes.
  • Provide authoritative advice to the Deputy Chief Executive on matters related to clinical system support and improvement, including policy development and coordination.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across government and within SA Health, ensuring strategic alignment and integration.
  • Manage politically sensitive issues, identifying and addressing unresolved or emerging challenges on behalf of the Deputy Chief Executive.
