Strategic Executive Leader for Northern Adelaide Healthcare

Future Leadership is seeking a highly strategic and engaging senior executive to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring, leading, and influencing large multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of complex strategic and operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading proactive service planning, effective corporate and clinical governance, and fostering high levels of clinical engagement to ensure consumer-centred and integrated care.
The Deputy CEO will work closely with the executive and directorship team to drive the development of sustained transformational change and ensure delivery of the requirements related to the portfolios.
The position will support the achievement of the strategic aims of the SA Health Strategic Plan, consistent with government policy, state-wide priorities and directions, and identified population needs.

About the Organisation:
NALHN provides care for a growing population of approximately 450,000 via a range of hospital, community, and home-based services, across multiple sites in the north-eastern Adelaide region.
NALHN employs 6000 staff and has a turnover of $1 billion.
