
Customer Engagement Strategist

A Fixed Term Marketing Role has arisen for a skilled professional to elevate customer engagement strategies.
This is a hybrid opportunity, allowing you to work from home or an office environment.
The primary focus will involve building, reviewing, and automating customer journeys, as well as implementing targeted local area marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Conducting A/B tests and analyzing campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize for maximum effectiveness.
- Growing an understanding of customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalization.
- Working with internal teams to leverage CRM data for cross-functional initiatives and advocating for customer needs and preferences in decision-making processes.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives and collaborating with analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement.
You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the organization from time to time.

What Do You Need?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
- 5+ years marketing and/or campaign delivery experience across CRM, marketing, and digital integrated campaigns and their ongoing optimization, reporting, and PIR delivery in a complex and regulated environment.
- Great people skills to manage, cross-functional, and external stakeholder relationships.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to successfully operate in ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to a high standard on time and on budget.
