Excellence in trade requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen. As a Trade Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leveraging your deep understanding of trade knowledge to provide guidance and advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process quotes and orders with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • SUPPORT THE MANAGER IN LEADING THE TEAM and stepping up when needed, driving team performance and collaboration.
  • Help train and mentor junior team members, sharing your industry expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to daily branch operations, driving business performance goals and improving overall efficiency.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Prior experience in plumbing wholesale or trade sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership skills, including mentoring and taking the lead, with a focus on developing and empowering others.
  • A customer-focused mindset, able to connect with tradies and provide practical service that exceeds expectations.
  • A positive energy, being a team player with a proactive and personable style that fosters collaboration and innovation.
  • A valid Driver's Licence for occasional errands or branch support.
