Job Title: Trade Store Retail Assistant

Location: Dandenong

Employment Type: [Full-Time]

Start Time: Early Morning Shifts (6:00 AM Start)

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trade Store Retail Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role involves a mix of customer service, merchandising, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced trade environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys early starts and working in a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to trade and retail clients
  • Assist with in-store merchandising and stock presentation
  • Pick, pack, and manage incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Operate forklifts and manual handling equipment (if licensed)
  • Support team members with general store duties as required

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail, trade supply, or warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
  • Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
