Crypto Trader Position

We are seeking a seasoned crypto trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing trading strategies that aim to outperform Bitcoin.

  1. Developing and implementing trading strategies that align with the company's goals.
  2. Conducting comprehensive backtesting and validation of strategies before deploying them with live capital.
  3. Building models, indicators, and signals to enhance trading effectiveness.
  4. Working with real-time data to inform trading decisions and manage capital effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quant trading, preferably in crypto or equities.
  • Proficiency in Python is essential.
  • Demonstrated success through a proven backtest or live PnL record.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creativity in developing innovative trading strategies.
  • Preferred: Experience in cryptocurrency trading, machine learning, or a scientific background.
