We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help shape the future of healthcare through data-driven insights.

The Opportunity

This role involves working with rich data assets to inform strategic decisions that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and commercial performance.

  • You will deliver actionable insights and analytics solutions that support our organisation's strategic goals.
  • You will utilise your analytical experience to add value by providing stakeholders with in-depth data analysis and management information to support informed decisions.
  • Extracting, transforming, and analysing datasets to deliver customer and commercial insights via visualisations, reports, and insight packs.

About You:

As a skilled analyst with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic, you have demonstrated the ability to transform data into insights that drive strategic decisions and improve customer outcomes.

  • Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence (2–5 years).
  • Skilled in building dashboards and visualisations using Tableau or Power BI.
