We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Strategic Data Analyst. This key role will involve leveraging SQL skills to extract and analyse customer data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop insights that drive performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in coding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using SQL to access, transform, integrate and analyse customer data from across the enterprise.
  • Understanding how customers use and experience products and services, and translating this into actionable insights.
  • Developing strategic marketing plans based on customer data and market trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and track results.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, including query writing and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
