**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Experience Manager to oversee ticketing operations and provide a world-class visitor experience at vibrant arts events.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stability, career growth, and a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ticketing and house operations, including electronic ticketing and box office services.

They will also possess proven frontline customer service skills, staff supervision expertise, and a strong understanding of OHS, manual handling, and safety protocols.

In addition, they will hold current RSA and Food Handling certificates (Victorian).

The ideal candidate will be flexible with their schedule, able to work occasional evenings and weekends, and exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service and visitor experience.
