
Performing Arts Centre Event Facilitator

The key role of the Performing Arts Centre Duty Manager is to facilitate the smooth operation of the centre during booked events. This includes ensuring both the client and patrons for all booked events are aware of, and adhere to, all relevant processes and procedures to enable a safe and successful event.
Record all key aspects of an event using the duty manager log.
Manage any external contractors through this process.
This position requires a high attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously to complete required tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
The Performing Arts Centre Duty Manager will work effectively as part of the event team to ensure a high level of customer service, delivering booked events to a high standard with respect to client agreements and operational principles.
Establish strong rapport with the College community and offer service which is exemplary, reliable and in line with college values and operational principles.
The role is casual, involving weekend work based on bookings in the Performing Arts Centre. The Duty Manager will invoice the employer at the agreed upon rate following completion of their duties.
The applicant must demonstrate a commitment to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care.
