Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Manufacturing Administrator.
- Receiving and directing phone calls, maintaining accurate records.
- Greeting clients, customers, and visitors at reception, providing a professional atmosphere.
- Managing customer complaints register, ensuring up-to-date records.
- Issuing visitor badges and supporting site requirements.
- Reporting technical problems to the Line Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing and recording customer information, enquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinating daily deliveries in a timely manner.
- Handling customer technical enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Assisting with marketing projects and performing clerical duties.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated people skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to highlight anomalies.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
The Successful Candidate Will Also Provide Support In:
- Organizing invoicing for our site.
- Coordinating with Accounts payable.
- Placing orders for non-inventory and inventory stock.
- Booking in stock and arranging catering for training sessions.
