Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and execution. You will need to effectively analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with production planners to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and components.
  • Analyze production schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet customer demand.
  • Work closely with quality assurance team to resolve any quality-related issues.
  • Determine the most effective strategies for in-house vs outsourced manufacture for optimized manufacturing throughput based on current capacity.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and report on various states of goods (finished, work in progress, shipped).
  • Collaborate with purchasing team to negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain build routes and processes for new product lines.
  • Assist with company annual stock takes and highlight material shortages to the Purchasing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
