**Job Overview**

As a Manufacturing Operations Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of Xtrac's advanced transmission systems to our motorsport and automotive clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and ERP systems to join our team. Your focus will be on detailed capacity planning, creating and maintaining valid production schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a methodical approach, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. A background in engineering and experience with Epicor E9/E10 would be advantageous, although training will be provided as necessary.

  • About This Role:
  • Create and maintain accurate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks
  • Analyze commercial demand and adjust production plans accordingly
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A solid understanding of manufacturing principles and processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Epicor E9/E10
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
