Our client, a leading WA manufacturer and supplier to the construction industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team on an ongoing basis.

**Job Summary:**

The main duties of this role will be to operate fixed plant machinery within a factory environment, including quality control and meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in manufacturing or a related field and possess excellent physical stamina.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate LF Forklift and other equipment as required
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with quality control processes and meet production deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

**Requirements:**

- Recent experience in a manufacturing or fixed plant environment
- Full Australian work rights
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a drug & alcohol screen
- Forklift licence + experience operating

**Benefits:**

This roster consists of working 7 days on (6am - 6pm), followed by 7 nights on (6pm-6am) and 7 days off. The pay rate for each shift is as follows:

First 8 Hours ORD Time $35.95
Hrs 8-10 1.5x: $53.91
Hrs 10-12 2x: $71.88

Total per dayshift = $539.10

First 8 Hours ORD Time $42.23
Hrs 8-10 1.5x: $63.34
Hrs 10-12 2x: $84.46

Total per nightshift = $633.44
