The Role

This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, contributing to overall project success. Providing analysis and documentation of business and system requirements for assigned initiatives and projects.

You will assess new concepts against current systems and procedures, analyze stakeholder needs from an end-to-end perspective, engage internal and external clients, and provide high-quality business analysis artefacts.

Key Accountabilities

  • Gathering requirements throughout the delivery and operational life cycle.
  • Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
  • Validating systems, products, or services against user stories/experience goals.
  • Influencing stakeholders and decisions for mutual benefit.
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon.
  • Supporting solution implementation and testing.
  • Supporting business transition and establishing change and improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation regarding various projects and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira).
  • Understanding of NPP products and real-time payments process desirable.
  • Experience in the payments technology and financial industry.
