About this role
As a Business Analysis Specialist for Treasury Management, you will build a strategic partnership between the IT Department and the Office of the Treasurer. Your key responsibility will be to conduct thorough business analysis activities that support treasury management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert for treasury business, fostering strong relationships between the ITD and TRE.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the Bank to gain a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives and identify opportunities for refining treasury applications and work processes.
  • You will optimize approaches and ensure consistency in the analysis of demands, prioritization of requirements, evaluation of solutions, and delivery of treasury management solutions.
  • Support Project Managers in business analysis activities to develop systems and solutions for all treasury management applications.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements related to treasury, business process modelling, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Provide guidance and training to management and staff on the adaptation of treasury management applications to sustain efficient operations.
