Job Description

The role of a Business Analysis Specialist is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This involves contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives by providing analysis and documentation of business and system requirements.

Key responsibilities include assessing new concepts against current systems and procedures, analysing stakeholder needs from an end-to-end perspective, engaging internal and external clients through various facilitation techniques and mediums, and providing high-quality, fit-for-purpose business analysis artefacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira).
  • Understanding of Payments industry, NPP products, payment process flows and real-time payments desirable.
  • Experience in working with Government, Commercial Banking and Financial Institutions, Legal, Compliance and regulatory bodies desirable.
  • Knowledge of the payments technology, IT systems and the financial industry.
