Job Title: Systems Analysis Expert

This role is for an experienced and detail-oriented professional who will play a pivotal part in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a core business systems expert with in-depth knowledge of operations, procedures, and organisational policies.
  • Manage ongoing data maintenance, troubleshoot errors, and escalate problems to vendors for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, assisting with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Provide training to users on Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and create documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Identify system and process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Ensure all configurations comply with Microsoft best practices and organisational guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar analysis or support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Proficient in database systems, data management, report generation, and complex SQL queries.
  • Experience in data migration and software upgrades.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
  • Experience with one or more coding languages.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support collaboration across business units and technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Dynamics 365 (desirable).
