Business Intelligence Analyst

The Role

This exciting new chapter requires a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with executive leaders, deliver strategic funding, and drive participant outcomes.

  • Collaborate with senior executives to enhance financial performance and develop actionable insights.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and model development to support new service initiatives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for sustainable growth, while ensuring compliance with relevant rules.
Key Responsibilities

As the go-to analyst, you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller, driving financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that shape strategic decisions and improve overall performance.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial analysis (NDIS ideal, or Not-For-Profit & Healthcare).
  • Strong Excel and Financial Systems skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting strategic objectives through data analysis and forecasting.
  • CPA, CA, or CIMA qualified.
