Our venues feature diverse food options across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, along with a commercial office tower. We operate six clubs, a 600-seat theatre, a Grand Ballroom, and extensive facilities for hosting events.

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to work on a casual basis across our multiple kitchens. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

To succeed in this role, you must be meticulous, organised, and passionate about cooking quality dishes. Previous experience in restaurant and/or café service is essential. You will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.

• Cook all meals according to food and service standards
• Perform food preparation tasks and check quality/presentation of orders to ensure food is cooked consistently and properly
• Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment for meal preparation and delivery
• Promote a safe, secure environment for staff and patrons

Essential Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (essential)
• Relevant qualifications
