We are seeking an experienced eCommerce professional to oversee our online store.

This role reports directly to the business owner and collaborates with various teams, including vendors, shipping companies, web developers, and marketing professionals.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing product listings on our e-commerce platform
  • Developing and implementing online merchandising strategies, such as price positioning and product category organisation
  • Collaborating with digital advertising agencies to improve performance
  • Maintaining accurate pricing, product imagery, inventory, and content on e-commerce databases
  • Providing basic customer support
  • Making updates to the website
  • Holding a basic proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, particularly with WordPress sites and WooCommerce
  • Experience managing price books and developing consumer promotions with consideration to gross profit outcomes
  • A background in retail consumer products or open to industry
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
