Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Commerce Professional to play a critical role in our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and descriptions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information on new components, builds, specifications, and pricing. They will update the website with new product launches, promotions, and pricing changes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing product information and pricing accuracy across the website
  • Optimizing product copy and descriptions to enhance SEO performance and maximize conversion rates
  • Monitoring and analysing website traffic, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging product pages

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Digital Commerce Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (shopify), content management systems, and web analytics tools
  • Familiarity with computer components, gaming PCs, and related accessories
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
