About the Company

A leading Property Development company is seeking a Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team. With a focus on creating high-end residential and commercial properties, this Melbourne-based business is looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to become part of their expanding Display Suites.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through the successful execution of sales campaign initiatives. You will manage the presentation of display suites, provide exceptional sales service to all incoming buyers, maintain the database platform, and optimize online listings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for valuation inspections and provide reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Curate tailored listings for projects and conduct display opens
  • Assist with design, product mix, pricing, and strategy
  • Review and optimize online listings to ensure information and pricing is accurate
  • Provide reports from display opens, weekly lead enquiry reports, and attend weekly sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Work closely with the Settlement Manager during settlements
  • Ensure the standard and cleanliness of display suites are maintained with feedback provided

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Availability for weekend work (Mon/Tues off)
  • Victorian Agents Rep Certificate
  • A current drivers license
  • Experience using SalesForce advantageous
  • Possess exceptional personal presentation
