About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Victorian sales team and drive business growth in the state. As a State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and cultivating key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in Victoria.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and contribute to the development of sales forecasts.
Requirements
  • A senior business development manager or qualified sales manager with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
