Job Title: Head Of Fed Square Operations

As a senior leadership role, this position plays a vital part in shaping the future of Melbourne's public and cultural landmark. The Head of Fed Square Operations will oversee operations, assets, and the annual capital works program at Fed Square.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Oversight of operations, assets, and the annual capital works program at Fed Square;
  • Drive strategy to ensure the precinct delivers outstanding cultural, commercial, and community outcomes;
  • Manage property and tenancies with commercial acumen and high-level negotiation skills;
  • Prioritize stakeholder engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance obligations are met for OHS, Building and Environmental codes;
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, property or asset management. Tertiary qualifications in business, project or facilities management are highly regarded, with postgraduate studies a plus. Strong commercial and financial skills are essential.
