
Senior Customer Growth Manager

The role of a National Account Manager involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendor partners to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage sales targets, forecast weekly sales, and engage with internal stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Develop and implement quarterly business plans to ensure regional growth aligned with the company's financial goals.
- Proactively manage national accounts to achieve customer goals and metrics while focusing on the company's objectives.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with new vendors being onboarded to identify opportunities within customer segments.
The ideal candidate will possess commercial acumen, influencing skills, and organisational abilities, as well as experience in account management within the consumer space.
A solid understanding of financial and sales metrics is essential for success in this role.
