You will orchestrate marketing operations that accelerate customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and maximize lifetime value across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms, collaborating with marketing, tech, and product management teams.
  • Define and execute tactical and strategic plans toward program vision and goals through efficient program, operations, and stakeholder management.
  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps for new technology adoption and process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, technology, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Customer Lifecycle Innovation
  • Drive end-to-end campaign workflow management across channels and lifecycle stages, ensuring excellence in execution, timely delivery, and quality control.
  • Design and execute data-driven marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Partner with global teams to identify and localize best practices for APAC markets.
  • Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), documentation systems, and project management frameworks to optimize marketing operations and team efficiency.
Analytics and Optimization
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer engagement.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track program success and ROI.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform strategy and program development.
About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires 3+ years of program or project management experience, as well as cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the customer funnel and possess excellent project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.
