Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets, diagnosing and addressing technical issues, updating documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to relay customer needs and suggest enhancements.

  • Quickly and effectively resolve customer support tickets, ensuring a seamless user experience and customer empathy.
  • Diagnose and address technical issues related to AI, APIs, code, and much more, while providing clear, user-friendly solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Continuously update and improve support documentation and help center articles, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer feedback informs product improvements.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to foster strong relationships with enterprise clients and support their ongoing success with our products.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and audio solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience working with AI and audio solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
