About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our team at Lismore. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the business, including phone, internal and face-to-face sales, receipt of stock and inventory management, and administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone, internal and face-to-face sales
  • Receipt of stock and inventory management
  • Pick up and deliver vehicles
  • Courtesy drive customers
  • Administration duties
  • Pick orders for the workshop
  • Act as the Customer Liaison by providing our customers with a great experience from when they walk in to when they leave
  • Maintain presentation of the store

Requirements:

  • Previous 4x4 accessory sales experience or a passion for 4WD
  • Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
  • Ability to learn quickly and get the job done
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Outstanding time management and communication skills
  • Great reliability with good attendance record
  • High level of attention to detail and quality
