About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Person to join our team at our Lismore location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the business, providing exceptional customer service and sales experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving business objectives and contributing to the growth of the company.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
  • High level of product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
