About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Administrator. This role is critical in providing exceptional service to our clients, guests, and tradespeople. You will be the face and voice of our business, setting a premium tone from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greeting all clients, guests, and tradespeople, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answering, screening, and directing phone calls efficiently and with polish.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and daily office logistics.
  • Managing key systems such as database entries, appointment scheduling, meeting rooms, and team communications.
  • Supporting the sales and property management teams with general administration.
  • Maintaining a presentable, organised and professional front office space.
Requirements:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and a naturally warm, confident manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and effectively.

  • Experience in real estate, property, reception, retail or corporate administration will be highly regarded.
