Customer Service Post Install Job Description

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers post installation, investigating and troubleshooting customer queries in a timely manner, documenting builder requirements where necessary, and overseeing administrative tasks.

  • Point of contact for customer requests post installation.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer queries with the use of internal guides.
  • Document builder requirements for design and manufacture where required.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including post install builder quotes and orders.

This is a newly created role located at our Truganina site in our Operations Administration team. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, customer service skills, and computer literacy.
