We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to provide personalized services centered around helping people living with disabilities through mentoring, group, and respite services.

Requirements:- NDS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain before commencing work
- Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Current, non-restricted open drivers license or non-restricted provisional license
- Roadworthy, registered and fully comprehensive insured vehicle
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Alignment with our holistic approach to services, built on a love for adventure and being active
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively under high stress situations
- High level of interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate in a professional and compassionate manner with clients from a wide range of backgrounds
- Ability to work autonomously, use your own initiative and be both proactive and adaptable
- Competitive above award rate for weekdays, plus additional penalty rates for weekends and public holidays
- A supportive and positive team with ongoing one-on-one training and mentoring provided
