About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Lending Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial customers within the local community.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our experienced lending managers to support the holistic customer relationship and help our commercial customers achieve their financial goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of commercial lending principles. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced sales-led environment and thrive on building lasting relationships.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also need to have a natural ability to build trust and confidence with your clients.
