About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families in the Keilor East area. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres
- Conduct initial appointments with families, utilizing assessment and communication skills to get to know them, their child, and goals
- Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and family members to support children's development
- Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system
- Provide support for children and families, including establishing consistent routines and providing behavioral support strategies
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading early childhood clinicians and allied health practitioners
