About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to enhance our marketing efforts within the ANZ region. This position plays a crucial role in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies and campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the ANZ Marketing Lead, you will work closely with various internal teams and external collaborators, including agencies and industry professionals, to ensure the success of our marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaign Development (30%)
    • Design, refine, and implement marketing initiatives.
    • Investigate and test new marketing avenues, including public relations, influencer partnerships, and events.
  2. Content Creation & Design (30%)
    • Collaborate with product and content teams to develop and adapt materials, such as customer success stories and social media content across various platforms.
  3. Website Management (20%)
    • Work alongside the website team and copywriters to enhance landing pages for different marketing efforts.
    • Experience with WordPress is essential; training will be provided.
  4. Email Marketing (20%)
    • Partner with the CRM lead to create and improve email marketing strategies and comprehensive email journeys tailored for the ANZ audience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a marketing or partnership role, ideally within the fintech or e-commerce industries.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Teamwork: Highly collaborative and proactive with excellent project management capabilities.
  • Customer Orientation: A strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Cultural Awareness: Comfortable working with diverse teams from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Availability: Willingness to participate in occasional evening meetings as required.
