Salary: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annumThis is a full-time position working 38 hours a week, 9 days a fortnight. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage various tasks and customer demands.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinic Administration Officer to join our team, working across multiple locations in Ipswich, Brookwater, Chermside, and Central CBD. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this role involves providing administrative support, processing medical bookings, managing results, and administering health questionnaires.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception and general administration duties
- Processing medical bookings
- Results management
- Administering health questionnaires
- Data inputting
- Invoicing
The successful candidate will possess excellent administration skills, great customer service, and interpersonal skills. Previous medical/clinical experience or receptionist experience will be highly regarded. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
