**The Role**
Our business is going from strength to strength and we’re seeking additional administration support for the CPM Civil business. CPM Civil is a specialist civil contractor delivering road and bridge construction projects throughout South East QLD.
You’ll be working in a close-knit team of experienced Administration Coordinators reporting to the Corporate Services General Manager.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Data entry and processing invoices and dockets
- Matching dockets and on-site paperwork
- Managing and actioning on-site paperwork - weekly safety checklists, daily prestart checks, weekly environmental checklists and hazards
- Follow-up on missing onsite forms and checklists
- Following up on missing or outstanding purchase orders
- Provide general administration support to the Project Teams
- Maintaining reports and schedules
- Update and maintain the library of administration procedures
- Ensure the follow-up and closing out of tasks are completed
- Support the wider team with tender submissions and marketing materials
- Provide general administration support to the Corporate Services GM and Senior Management Team
**About You**
**Experience required**:
- Have 2 + years in an administrative role
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have high attention to detail and critical thinking skills
**Soft Skills**:
- Be a proactive self-starter
- Team player - the admin team all share the load and support each other
- Be down to earth and enjoy working in a busy environment
