About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinic Administration Officer to join our team at Sonic HealthPlus. This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week, 9 days a fortnight, across various locations including Ipswich, Brookwater, Chermside, and Central CBD. You will report directly to the Practice Manager and have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands.

Duties:

  • Reception and general administration duties
  • Processing medical bookings
  • Results management
  • Administering health questionnaires
  • Data inputting
  • Invoicing

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be well-organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous medical or clinical experience and/or receptionist experience will be highly regarded, however on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
