Key Leadership Role in Identity Management

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM (Okta) Architect to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This is a leadership position within a large nationwide IAM program. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management solutions using Okta.

The successful applicant will have a solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices, as well as hands-on experience with integrating IAM solutions in complex environments.

In addition to their technical expertise, they will possess excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other business systems.
  • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management.
  • Provide technical leadership on IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of IAM systems, making improvements as required.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing Okta solutions.
