Enterprise IAM Security Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

This individual will be responsible for leading the enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap, and execution across workforce and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms. They will own the architecture and governance of IAM solutions, including Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, and supporting technologies.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control, and access reviews.
  • Collaborate with business, security, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IAM capabilities.
  • Drive incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, along with 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments. Proven expertise in Okta (Workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies is also required.

Preferred qualifications include Okta and/or SailPoint certifications (Architect, Professional) as well as experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID).
