The role of IAM leader is a high-level position that requires a strong vision and leadership skills to drive the development of identity lifecycle/governance functions across the enterprise.

  • Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals to ensure the effective implementation of IAM strategies.
  • Strategically lead IAM/PAM at an organization, identifying and mitigating risks associated with identity management.
  • Evaluate IAM risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the security and compliance of the organization's identity infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they understand their identity & access management responsibilities and are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the business ownership of identity infrastructure, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Prepare Management and Board reporting/metrics on IAM-related activities and progress towards organizational goals.
About You:

We're looking for an experienced IAM professional to develop our centralised IAM capability. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills to effectively communicate IAM strategies and plans to stakeholders.
  • Deep experience in an identity governance or identity & access management role, with a proven track record of delivering successful IAM projects.
