About the Role

The Head of Identity and Access Management will set the strategic direction for IAM and lead the design, delivery, and operation of the IAM capability in line with a clear strategy and roadmap.

This role will be accountable for managing and maintaining all business and technical IAM standards, patterns, and procedures, along with accountability for the delivery, optimization, and health of all current and future IAM technology.

A strong focus on risk management and compliance is essential, requiring the implementation and embedding of tools and mechanisms into the team with processes to support ongoing monitoring and reporting.

  • Experience leaders within identity and access management drive change, diversity, and delivery across the organization.
  • You'll also have:
  • A proven track record in IAM, with expertise in security, technology, and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • A strong understanding of IAM technologies and trends, with experience in implementing and optimizing IAM solutions.
