IAM Program Security Lead Job Opportunity

A prominent organization is seeking a seasoned IAM Program Security Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of its Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role will oversee enterprise-wide initiatives across workforce and customer identity domains, incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA, and other IAM solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute IAM Strategy: Drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of the IAM program across workforce and customer identity domains.
  • Solution Architecture and Governance: Own the architecture and governance of IAM solutions, including Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, and supporting technologies.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control, and access reviews.
  • Incident Response and Root Cause Analysis: Drive incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business, security, and IT stakeholders to align IAM capabilities with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in Okta (Workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies.
