Job SummaryThis role provides administrative sales support to internal and external customers while maintaining exceptional service standards.
You will eventually manage your own book of clients, handling queries from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders with accuracy and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence with customers, clients, and brokers.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries, logging all calls and following up as necessary.
- Follow up on documentation from clients and insurers daily.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Reconcile invoices, ensuring correct invoicing procedures are maintained.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to insurance or sales.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective relationship management.
- Good problem-solving skills to respond to client inquiries.
- A positive attitude, with a desire to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Ability and adaptability to work in a high-volume, high-paced environment.
